Mary is a lovely lady and a great welcoming host. The choice for breakfast was great and our cooked breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, something you rarely get.The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the location was quiet. And the view is green fields :-) And not forgetting the delicious home made apple pie we got when we arrived! Thank you!

Kippers for breakfast, followed by some fresh raspberrries and lashings of tea. Marvellous! Mary was a great host and a powerhouse of energy. The location next to Ballybunion is ideal. There is a spectacular cliff walk which is well worth the trouble.

The location was ideal for us, peaceful and quiet. We didn't mind having to drive down the long narrow lane to access. It was ideal for touring and well stocked food shops a short drive away. Also large swimming pool and beautiful beach 20 minutes away in Ballybunion.
