Outstanding location, front door is 10m from the sea! Waking up to the sound of the sea and with this breathtaking view is priceless. The villa was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the different seating areas outside and being so close to the sea. It was like having your own private beach. Rooms are furnished to high standards, bathrooms spacious, pool with outdoor terraces where we spent most of the time. The hosts, Margarita and Mario, were very friendly and helped immediately with anything. Property is well taken care of and maintained with love and care. We had a great time at Villa Mendes and if opportunity arises, we will gladly return. I would definitely recommend a car or a boat for transport. Great restaurant nearby, local dishes, fresh fish, meat, pizzas...

The accommodation is in a wonderful location if you are looking for a peaceful vacation on this beautiful island. There are olive, lavender and delicious fig trees in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and tidy. The owners were very kind and helpful, which made us feel good. The beaches are a little further from the accommodation, but they are beautiful and uncrowded. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for peace on their vacation.

The Tranquility of the location was amazing.As long as you hire a car the location was great to explore all the areas.The food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent, and the house red wine great.Friendly hosts and the apartment was well stocked with the essentials.Superb view and relaxing going to sleep with the sound of lapping waves.
The location is unbeatable. You literally can jump from the room to the sea. If the villa next door is not rented, the beach is basically all yours.
The road down is a gravel road of 3km, but it gives an awesome sense of privacy.

The location was amazing. We were looking for a stay at the island Hvar and this popped up for a reasonable price. We did some groceries before heading to the island, and then rode to the Rooms Stjepan. It was a great surprise: very small village, beautiful view, private bay for the village. Only a pizzeria & a cafe and a Jeu de Boule lane 👌🏼

Location is super nice and peaceful, next to the beach. The road is well signaled (don't recommend to drive after dark) and there is parking available in the property. Each room has a nice balcony, I imagine the rooms that look to the sea must be beautiful.
This is my second year staying in Zastrazisce in this apartment. They used to be "Rubin" apartments, but they changed their name this year for some reason. Last year we fell in love with nature and we knew we wanted to come back. Location is great, apartments are spacious, but that's it. Last year, I left a review hoping they will improve what need to be improved, but after this, we are not going back.
