Great Location. My room had a bathroom which was very helpful. The room is compact, yet if you just need the bare necessities of sleeping, you can live quite comfortably and economically in this city of Hong Kong. Stuff is caring about us so well with warm hospitality. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to visit this international metropolis!

Very friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the very delicate light fixtures in our room that our 15 month old son accidentally damaged. But the staff took the time to hear us out, and we were ultimately satisfied with the response we received from management. Jennifer Shui was great!

The size of the house is small which sure cannot compare with house in Singapore but good enough for travelling family. Samson is a funny, super friendly host. The apartment is located in the Chungking Mansion on google maps (kind of hard to find the first time: walk to the back, past all the shops, you will find the elevators for tower C, take to 13th floor), when you enter the building, it's chaotic- and that's the exact experience we wanted out of Hong Kong. It's extremely ethnically diverse, I felt like I was back in India with the indian food shops. We came back at 2am one night, got indian food downstairs, sang karaoke until past 3am in the phillipino stall next door, it was a one of a kind experience i'll never forget. You can't hear the noise at all from the apartment. The room itself is super tiny but had everything you need. The air condition and fan was really strong. The mini fridge worked great. Felt extremely safe because the elevators had public security cameras in them, you can see everything. And there's so many people around, the locals who live there seem to know one another, it felt like a real HK experience.
