For a large party, this wonderful house has all the facilities and is very spacious. There are good views, especially of Agua, but Fuego is visible from the street corner and you can spot the glow at night. It is 15 minutes by taxi from the Antigua centre, but can be walked in 30 minutes, on a very nice walk (with only one stretch of busy road). There are no close shops, but good eating on the street at El Calvario only a 15 mins walk away. Paola was very reactive and helpful, to all our needs. There is a swimming pool just 20 m from the door, great for early morning dips, and a friendly cat. The house is in a gated area, with guards. They were very friendly.

Lovely design, gardens and understated but good swimming pool. Although the hotel is modern it is well designed to create a typical street and with exceptionally nice, well tended gardens. The restaurant is at first floor level, open and airy, and overlooks the gardens.

We felt so at home here. It’s not in the centre of town but only a short walk when we needed to. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The staff were really helpful and made us feel welcome.

Especially the King size room on the upper floor was amazing with view to the volcano. Helpful and friendly manager. Definitely coming back next time in Antigua. Probably already next month.

Villas de la Ermita has a great location. Maria greeted us and she was very helpful and attentive. We felt very safe during our stay. The Villa has a small kitchen and dining table with all the basic appliances so we were able to cook some of our meals there.

The owners were super friendly and helpful. The space had eveything we needed. The area felt safe and secure enough to walk around at night. The communal space was clean. Distance from the main area wasent too far.
