We only stay one night due to flight issue but we had a great time there. Elena is so kind that she let us to extend our stay at room until we left for flying at 8 pm without extra charge. The breakfast was so delicious and had many choices. Love to stay here again if we visit Zakynthis next time.

We stayed in St. Nicholas apartments from August 5th to August 19th. This is a great place, the apartments have everything you need for everyday life, spacious 2 rooms with a balcony and a luxurious veranda overlooking the sea. There is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, there is a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, as well as a lot of utensils. The owner of the apartments is very pleasant and friendly, she responded very quickly to all our requests and needs. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Everything is top notch service and quality. The house is as in pictures, very close to the beach. Is it fully equiped with everything you need. The host, Mr. Dinitri, is very very discreet, we did not seen him at all, but when we needed something he just took care of the problem. We needed a fair dryer, the very next morning we found it on the table outside, brand new. We needed to print our boarding pass for fly, he printed and left them outside on the table so we found them when we returned from the beach. We needed a taxi advice, he gave us the number to call. We asked for a list of places to go to see the island / eat and he sent us a full list of very nice places. For sure we will return here and we recommend booking this accommodation.

Such a nice place! The property exceeded all expectations and was absolutely beautiful, newly built and sparkling clean. The interior, seems they thought about everying. Designed tastefully and as in the pictures. The perfect beds! The fully equipped kitchen! The atmosphere is super quiet and relaxing . Loved to spent some time every day on the porch , having the olives trees garden view . The nearest sandy beach is a 2 minute drive away. Andreas , the owner , was incredibly kind and helped us with everything from arrival time to set up . Don’t hesitate, book it! We will definatelly come back to Mavra Villa .

The location is fantastic, near the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The pool at Tom and John’s next door is lovely and big. The bar is fab serving the best drinks and lovely snacks. The rooms are spotlessly clean. They are cleaned daily so it’s lovely to come back into a pristine room. The towels and bed linen are high quality and changed regularly. The aircon is easy to use and very effective. We had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs and a sea view. There is a fridge, kettle and toaster in a small kitchen area. Perfect for having small snacks and drinks in your room. But the best part has to be the owners, Ava and Gianni. They are the loveliest people who cannot do enough for you. They work so hard and yet are always happy and smiling. I would highly recommend you stay here. We will certainly be back

Immaculate villa, fantastic host, always available and on hand. Would highly recommend. Ideally you do need a car otherwise it’s a 15-20 min walk to the centre of Tsilivi. Beautiful quiet location.
