We had travelled in Greece for three weeks and this was by far our favourite place and location. So we extended our stay two times. For us it has everything – the serenity, wonderful nature and lovely towns Gialova and Pilos nearby. 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car there is probably the most beutiful beach in the world – Voidokila beach. It is presumed to be Homer’s “sandy Pylos”. And oh that wonderful smell of olive trees on a way to it! The rooms are well equiped with a good Wi-Fi, a sea view. The beach in front of property is clean and has all the facilities, there is a very good restaurant and a also a bar. And the hosts are very warm and friendly.

Our experience is in one word excellent. Our family spent a beautiful holiday in Petrochori Beach House. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. The house is located in a charming garden with private way to the beach. The hostess Ursula is friendly, very kind and hospitable. We felt very welcomed.

How can we describe such a beautiful experience we where able to make on this beautiful farm in just a few words? It wasn't only the rich breakfast with freshly picked herbs from the garden and eggs from the own chickens, not the experience to get in contact with the horse, not only to see the near waterfall or to swim at the 4 km far away Vaidokilia beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece!), not to sleep in one of the 3 very comfortable and clean houses and to wake up every morning like in paradise, not to go with Christos (the owner of the farm) to collect fresh apricots, oranges and figs in the near of the farm to make together jam and juice, not to learn a lot about how to produce wine, olive oil and vegetables, not the rich and tasty grilled evening meals, not the most delicious apple pie in my life and not the deeper conversations about how to come back to nature. On top of all of this it was the warm and authentic hospitality of this very friendly family and the positive energy of this place that win our hearts. To become part of this farm and to see with what compassion this family loves their daily work and how they serve their guests. Thank you thank you thank you!
