The home is restored with love, and excellent taste. Living there was itself part of the trip, to understand Dodecannese' life in the past. Superb view on the sea and Kos, superb location on the rim of the caldera, and 5 minutes from two excellent tavernas. Peace and calm, naturally fresh with no need of air conditioning. Full dark in the night with not modern annoying green and red emergency hotel lights to disturb the sleeping. The owner is super welcoming, good hearted, and provide many info on the island. To me it is a must-do experience when visiting Nysiros.

Authentic style house for the area, clean well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Close to parking which was really convenient, and once we worked out the street layout very close to most key parts of Nisyros.

Kafka is beautifully laid out with stone featuring with grey smooth concrete floors. The bedrooms are comfortable and the best groom well designed . Good facilities in the kitchen but other than breakfast we ate in the village . It is peaceful and calm with views from high up over the island. Just heaven .

Very nice location on a very beautiful island. It was very quiet, although you can hear voices far away due to the silence of the village. We had the room with the balcony with terrific view.
The location was wonderful being situated in Emborios, a village on the edge of the caldera. Triantafyllos, the owner, and his brother, Yannis, went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.
It’s a traditional greek stone house in a beautiful village in Nisyros. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner is very welcoming, warm and friendly. He has also a restaurant nearby with an amazing food. Our stay was absolutely fantastic!
