The host is very friendly. We received a lot of helpful information from him! The house is fully equipped, it had everything we could need during our trip. It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with nice neighbors. We could easily get anywhere from here, either on foot or by car. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly. It was my birthday and they organised a delicious cake and birthday card. Our apartment had great views over the Swimming pool which was brilliant blue. Lots of sunbeds made it easy to get a spot. Breakfast was great. Location was great and was a short walk to the beach.

It was well thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. The food was delicious and rich. You could eat diverse and feed children. A lot of Greek food as well, so you could get acquainted with the culture. The room was cosy and clean. Good isolation. The staff were friendly and assisting. Stunning location right on the sea. The property had steps walking into the sea so we could have a swim every morning. The rooms were very spacious & very clean. Christina the manger kept in contact all through trip anything we needed she was on hand. Highly recommend for a large group.

The apartment was clean and the owners went up and beyond to help. Very good value for money. Ideally you need a car. We walked into Zakinthos a lot and it took 50 mins but we would stop for swims. Beautiful hidden away coves with amazing clear waters within a 10 minute walk. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the tourist, it's the ideal location.

The location was great, 5 min drive from Zakynthos town and 10 min walk from Tsilivi beach. The entire house was super clean and comfortable. Phi offers many ways for relaxation as the house has a beautiful garden and is surrounded by nature! The property has plenty of outdoor space, ideal for daily walks and some exercise. In the large, fully equipped kitchen you can cook whatever you like.
