Great welcoming staff, lovely pool to relax and cool down, fantastic breakfast including eggs and fruit salad. We were the only guests there as low season and staff very accommodating to our needs. It was the Euro championship final and they made sure some of our party could watch the final on tv.
Rooms were very clean and well care for. Bedding very comfortable on main room.
Swimming pool is small but very clean and deep so you can swim. They turn on the lights at night if you fancy swimming then

The location was ideal, close enough to the busy area so its accessible but not too close for it to be a nuisance, the apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as photos described

Convenient location by a new shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Also close to the beach with lovely sunset views. Hotel looks decent from the outside and nice pool area. Cheap considering everything.
Ideal location for nightlife, but far enough away to remain quiet
All the staff were fantastic. Paul and Amy, the owners, go out their way to make your stay comfortable.
The rooms are basic and have everything you require.

the beach front location was great however there is only 2 restaurants and 1 bar close by, there rest of the resort is a short taxi ride away, taxis are easy to get and cheap but still its not just a wander away.
the roof are large and spacious (but not glossy like the photos the standard is low and basic).
The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, really, nothing we could have wished for more. Also very nice pool and very clean and good restaurant. We trusted this restaurant completely. Kololi beach tried to have some kind of activity every day, which is commendable. Location for us was excellent except for the bar across the street (see negative comments). We loved Kololi so much we will definitely be back and hope to great the same staff again.
Private pool was beautiful. We were worried about staying here because of the medium reviews, but the food was the best we had in The Gambia.
