It’s a bit far from the center of Tbilisi and from the metro, but minibuses stop right in front of the entrance, and public transport often runs along the neighboring highway (5-7 minutes walk to the stop) towards the center to various metro stations, so getting there is not a problem. Wonderful hospitable host Grigol. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to those who value privacy and modern surroundings, and who don't mind sacrificing a little extra time getting around the city.

greate location. the lake is about 6 min walking. in the first floor there are a lot of small shops with all necessary groceries stores fruit, milk, bread and etc. This is a house complex new buildings with a fenced and well-groomed territory, playgrounds and green lawns. Very good and responsive owners ready to help in any questions. Additionally We found everything what we need in this cozy apartment. it is a coner apartment and we didn't felt hot, it was enough to open windows and fresh breeze bring fresh and we didn't need to switch on air conditioner.
