Fantastic home away from home. I highly recommend this property. We were a family of 7 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed, even a couple of garden loungers, which were perfect for the weather we were lucky enough to have, the garden is lovely and a sun trap, for the time of year we had sun till 8pm. Easy access provided to the property, key-code given before check in time. It is a beautiful spacious home, roomy lounge with tv, books and games. The house was very clean on arrival. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided. Soft fluffy towels laid out on the beds for each room. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of pillows and cushions. For a family of 7, the en-suite bathroom, family bathroom and downstairs toilet were most welcome. The location of the property was great. Very close to Yarm train station. 40 min train to York. A short walk across the road is a Co-op store and a 5 min drive to Aldi. Yarm town centre a 10 min drive, with shopping, restaurants and bars. The host of the home was excellent, very accommodating, very friendly and helpful with excellent communication.

Kassi could not have been more welcoming and helpful! Beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped luxury apartment. Welcome hamper was a nice touch! Excellent location just a 5 minute walk, across the bridge with lovely view of the river, to the high street full of interesting shops, wide range of good restaurants, cafes and pubs. Great exhibition of local history in the Town Hall in the middle of the High Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing break and look forward to returning!

This is an amazing property, well worth the price. The owners are friendly and welcomed us with some fresh milk and refreshments in the refrigerator. All the furnishings were of a very high standard and there is a small patio with a bit of lovely green grass to sit out on. The bed is comfortable and there is even a log burner for the chillier months.
