The Barn was WONDERFUL! Exceptional cleanliness throughout, well equipped kitchen, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Comfortable lounge, good WiFi signal throughout. Lovely outside patio area. Electric gates so we felt very secure. Excellent value for money...would thoroughly recommend 👌 👏 We loved the sculptures outside, hubby was a bit naughty with one of them 🤣 see photo below !

Very comfortable room. easy checking in experience. Great restaurant with views over a lake and a giant water feature. Really good breakfast although breakfast times in the week are a bit tight - only 7am -9am
On site SPA is excellent which you do need to book to use.

The property was perfect had everything we could have needed. It was spotless and very well kept. The bed was so comfy and sheets were lovely. Our visit was for a family wedding in St Neots and the location was perfect for us definitely better than staying in a hotel. Was lovely to wake up to a baby cow staring at me and two lovely baby deer walking round the cottage.

Excellent value for money for the room. The food and bar prices are a bit steep. We will definitely return.
Superb self contained accommodation within the lovely grounds of a private residence in a quiet rural location. Very warm welcome from my host. My motorcycle was totally secure. The accommodation was spotless and extremely well equipped and comfortable.
Lovely peaceful location and ideal for an event we were attending. The bed was super comfortable and kitchen facilities were spot on as we able to cook an evening meal with no issues. I would definitely come back as we only had one night here.
