I like the style. Is easy to see the owners are passionated with this beautiful property. They put lots of hard work to get it on the right level. As a previous bnb cleaner I would like to give not 5 stars but 50 stars. Absolutely pristine condition. Highly recommended for people like me who like to go out of London and have a feeling of real village site.

With free Wi-Fi and free parking on site, this 18th-century coaching inn offers a range of ales and fresh, seasonal food. Nestled in Potton's historic market square, and surrounded by pretty countryside, it is just a 25-minute drive to Bedford and Cambridge.

We are delighted with the convenience of your property to our daughter’s house in Sandy. The charging points for our hired EV in the square always had a free slot when we needed one. It’s our third stay now and your standards are still as high as our first stay.

The friendly welcome, Anne Marie was a wonderful host. Made me feel hugely welcome and it felt family orientated. The location is close to the A1 but you wouldn’t really know it and it’s a little hidden gem in my view. The room was beautiful and breakfast was perfect, and the chatter/ banter was fun too. Highly recommended.

Quiet location in an old country house that is currently being used as a hotel to save it from falling to bits. Interesting historic old building and staff are dedicated to trying to keep it going. Good bed with and excellent duvet, towels and good shower room.

Location was ideal and in a lovely setting. It was very quiet, very quaint and easy to find, with good access to the local towns of Bedford and Sandy. The accommodation is reasonably priced given the lack of in-house facilities.

A great location for our event the next day, the room was nice and big with great views across the countryside, plenty of hot water and a decent shower, mostly clean if you didn't look too closely, clean bedding and towels. Certainly different.

It was a great location - easy access to work and a local pub for dinner and the staff I dealt with were lovely. It was a unique experience and was suited to my purpose.
