A stopover - very convenient for M1. Unique property, full of interest and an exellent, friendly host - interested in you as people. Very good breakfast, cooked to your choices. Well caterered for coeliac.
Be prepared for problems of old unique property - many steps - but host pointed them all out on arrival.

We are traveling by bike, and before arriving at the farm, we got caught in cold rain and wind, cycling 20 km soaked and exhausted. How lucky we were to stay here! It's an incredibly cozy place, stylish and with all the amenities. We warmed up, dried our clothes, and had a great night's sleep on the softest bed. Hosts were very kind to us and even let us pet the horses living on the farm, which made my wife incredibly happy. We really hope to come back here!

We were blown away by this renovated victorian property. The two bedrooms comfortably fit super king beds. Two shower rooms with double showers was added luxury. The water pressure made for a wonderful refreshing shower.
The kitchen and dining area make for a fantastic communal area, perfectly laid out with all the necessary equipment.
Sue & Justin were wonderful friendly hosts.

One of the best places I've stayed around Cranfield and one of the best places in general. The hosts are lovely people, very communicative when any problems arose.
Apartment itself is great. It was spotless, cosy and the office space was perfect for when I need to do work during my stay.
Short pleasant walk away from the University & Rectory Wood Park and right near the bus stops for connections to Bedford & Milton Keynes. Will be my first choice of place to stay when I next visit Cranfield.

Ideal location for us to catch up with family in the area. We enjoyed having a bite to eat and a couple of drinks in the public house opposite which is part of the chain. A lovely village , great parking facilities.

Adam is an excellent host and was always very helpful. Continental breakfast very good a nice range of cereals bananas milk and greek yoghurt, orange juice tea and coffee. Will certainly return for another visit in the near future. Thoroughly recomend it. Black Horse Pub/restaurant 5 mins walk along the road.
Absolutely spotless and stylish accommodation. Plenty of room for a family of 4 over 2 separate rooms. Felt secure and set in a wonderful location. Adam was an excellent host and we would be happy to return again.
