One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in, the hosts were so welcoming & helpful, the room was perfect, bed was very comfortable, and excellent facilities. Couldn’t recommend more. Also the area is lovely, felt very safe and very convenient for the short bus into town. Will definitely be coming back!

The flat was really clean and well equipped. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was great, a short walk into the city and with plenty of amenities close by.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for accessing M5. Good place for a stopover break enroute to Cornwall. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room small, but very clean with everything to hand. King size bed comfortable. Room cleaned and tidied daily, towels changed, tea, coffee etc. topped up. Easy after hours access via key fob. Good choice of breakfasts - table service.

The Family room was large and the bed and sofa bed, both comfortable.
It was clean and stocked with plenty of towels.
We dined in the pub in the evening which was lovely. The menu had an extensive choice for all tastes. All of the Staff were very polite, attentive and personable.

Excellent apartment in a good location. Good facilities. The Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Staff in the cafe were very friendly and helpful.
The house was very spacious, comfortable and homely in a beautiful and quiet location. It was well equipped and the location ideal for getting to Exeter, Torquay, Dartmouth and Budleigh Salterton.
