Lovely staff who could not have been more welcoming. It's a very traditional, small Dales pub, perfect if you're a walker. Doesn't pretend to be haute cuisine, but the food is excellent and it's not a place to show off your bling.

This pub is set in a fantastic situation for walking or exploring the local area. The room was cosy and very comfortable. The food at the pub is excellent both evening meals and the breakfasts were superb.

Grassington is a lovely village. The Devonshire is ideally situated. Their staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is limited. First come first served. I parked overnight at a National Trust car park about a 5 minute walk away.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
It was a delight to stay at Cleveliot House. What an amazing place with 10/10s all round. Excellent location, gardens and brilliant hosts. Breakfast was superb with excellent veg/vegan options. Very dog friendly - the enclosed run-around field was very secure and great fun for the dog. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Very secure parking with remote-control operated gate. We'll definitely be back. We ate at the pub across the road which was also excellent.
The location, was spotless with attention to detail. Fabulous garden to sit out in. Everything about this home was wonderful. Hosts were so friendly. Would highly recommend.
Don't normally stay in pubs but the reviews for this one looked good so took a chance. Wasn't disappointed. Staff very friendly, room very clean and newly decorated to a high standard. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. Starbotton is a lovely location.
Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, staff extremely friendly and helpful, and both the evening meal and breakfast were very good. It's in a magnificent location too, with all the things you could wish for from Yorkshire Dales scenery
Location was beautiful. The landlord takes pride in keeping his beer well and all 4 brews we sampled were in peak condition. The room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Evening meal menu has excellent quality food and not the usual pub fare.
