The hosts were the heart and soul of the property. I can't begin to tell you how fabulous this place is, especially if you are an antique and story collector like me. The hosts were just amazing and happy to indulge me in my questions and to show me hidden secrets in the house. The gardens are stunning with a plethora of fruit and vegetables with butterflies fluttering about. Just magical. I loved it. The design of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Each space had its own personality, elegance and timeless charm. From the richly patterned wallpapers to the carefully curated art pieces, every detail seemed to tell a story. Beyond the beauty, the hotel’s comfort was on par with its aesthetic. My room was HUGE, the bed like a canopied cloud, and the amenities top-notch. There was high-speed Wi-Fi and tea and home made cake served in the drawing room upon arrival.

Very clean, even smelt clean which is always a big plus. Had everything we needed in it. Fab little kitchen to make breakfast. Good location with parking right outside the door. Plenty of room inside. We’ll stay again when visiting Hastings
The room was very clean, cozy and more than enough for one person! Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Also getting to the location from the train station was convenient.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front, the apartment is in a quiet location and there is road side parking. Beds were very comfy and a well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating in the lounge area. Nice and clean and tidy.
Perfect location, less than 2 mins to the beach. The hosts had left us a laminated sheet with useful information on it regarding pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and a perfect size for the 2 of us. Felt like a proper home from home. Shower was hot and roomy, bedroom was comfy, living area was ideal for what we needed (we weren't in the accommodation that much). Area is quite quiet so we were able to sit with the windows open.
A very clean and comfortable apartment situated in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. We only stayed a couple of nights and didn’t eat in but we noticed the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided. The shower is great, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Although the location is so central there is no noise at night.
