We loved everything about the property. It was exactly as described. Steve & Vanessa are excellent hosts and the coffee shop is definitely not to be missed. We started our night away having lunch there before we got into our room. We loved the hot tub and spa bath and the fact that it was very private with gorgeous countryside views. If it happens to rain there is a canopy that can be pulled over the hot tub to keep you dry which is a handy addition. Breakfast was brought to our room and was excellent, piping hot and the best veggie breakfast I’ve ever had.

Food was beautiful, room was cute, would come again
Very friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Great location we had a lovely walk to Lavenham across the fields. Breakfast was excellent good menu choices which included fresh eggs from their chickens.
A charming little cottage, it is beautifully decorated throughout with lots of lovely touches - watch out for those little mice!
Fantastic location as a base for exploring this wonderful town, it was ideal for a little weekend break with my sister.
