This was a very nice building in a very nice little village. The building and the attached pub felt very historic. The restaurant was good although it was a little "fancier" than I was expecting (which is not a bad thing). The room was nice and it was very convenient to have the pub downstairs.

We loved the hospitality as expressed through our greeting and the faculties provided in this home away from home. There was so much room, everything worked and a washing machine, dryer and clothes airer was a welcome addition in the middle of our journey. The location was central to all areas around Cambridge and the midlands. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and some local knowledge about the things to see and do was invaluable.

A fabulous location and an immaculate property with so much attention to detail. We felt at home immediately and our hosts Sarah and Geoff are superb. So peaceful and relaxing but with plenty to do in easy reach if required. A very high quality property.

The location was set in a beautiful quaint countryside village. The hosts were very welcoming and relaxed and offered recommendations for the area for sightseeing and dinner/drinks and also homemade ice-creams! The Stables cottage and gardens was idyllic, we couldn't of asked for more and the hosts dogs were great characters. I would highly recommend this stay!
