The owners were so friendly and kind to us. Gave us plenty of recommendations and tips during our stay. Breakfast was great and they even got my wife a little gift for her birthday. They really went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Best place we've ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation close to Edinburgh.

Caroline was absolutely the best!! She met me at the train station and even dropped me off at my cousin's house in the next town!!! She and her husband went over and above, her place is amazing and beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect! She made sure to have the milk and bread I liked as well as 2 different breakfast cereals, eggs, 2 types of jams, butter, coffee, tea, and sweeteners. She even provided me with links to the train service and the tides. I can't say enough about this wonderful place! And the VIEW was beyond amazing! I could have stayed much longer!

The apartment and private courtyard garden were outstanding and we spent many happy hours in the wonderful hot tub; everything was immaculately clean and there was a super welcome basket, milk in the fridge, ice in the freezer and pods for the coffee machine. An outdoor hot shower ( never in my 58 years...) and a Bluetooth connection to a hot tub speaker felt the height of luxury. A short walk to the beach and Harbour View pub for Sunday lunch - and great weather was such a bonus. We were there as a treat for our son who is 21 in a few weeks time and he and his girlfriend had a lovely chilled time with us too.

we had a great break here at seabreeze lovely location, friendly host,place has every thing you need and more .near to the beach and within walking distance of shops kinghorn on one side burntisland on the other.would stay here again lovely

Magical location above the beach with the Fife Coastal Trail nearby . The apartment was very comfortable with the living room and bedroom upstairs and the kitchen and dining room with windows looking out to the sea. There were a washer and dryer so we were able to do our laundry The owners were very accommodating.
