The staff, Mia and Millie looked after guests like we were staying at their home. Very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the shower was grand.

Easy check in. Great wifi. Lots of little extras Iin bathroom and cereal provided for breakfast with milk in fridge in. Hallway. Parking on the street but a spot was easily available when we pulled up both days. Nice bar downstairs. Friendly staff. Great value for our Bath visit
