There was no breakfast, but the young lady who we dealt with came with coffee and milk for our morning coffee. It was a GREAT deal bigger than we expected, with a kitchen, stove, and mini refrigerator included. The WIFI was free when we stayed there. It WAS strange to be the only people there, as it is unoccupied and there were no other renters during our visit.
