    Location amazing. Free parking ideal. Room was large and very modern. Lots of tea and coffee and bottled water, which was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend eating in the Restaurant, food was superb and large portions. Staff were excellent.

    Gorgeous little place, very stylish, spotless and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Stunning location, we loved the quirky nature of the house design. Nice to have coffee and tea provided and really well equipped.

    The location of this hotel is lovely, overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable and the room provided the basic amenities. The food portion sizes are good. The staff were polite and assisted in the resolving my issues

    The hotel staff were really nice and helpful, and the location was great in a lovely setting of the marina. We had a balcony room overlooking the boats. We ate in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast - the food was good. An ideal stop, before going on a cruise from Southampton.

    Very clean, large rooms upgraded to a balcony. Location is lovely and only a short walk into the village and Pier train taking you across to Southampton Town Quay. Would stay again.
