Beautifully quiet spot in pretty quiet village. The house was delightful, full of character and beautiful things.! Breakfast, although vegetarian was truly excellent, best fruit salad, and perfectly toasted sour dough toast with a huge variety of preserves, plus great choice of cereals ad muesli. Hosts were warm and welcoming and we had use of the kitchen for drinks.
The house was spotless and our room pretty and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more!

The location was perfect for our long weekend visiting historic sites in this area,of Somerset. We loved the pod and the green areas around the site. Really peaceful place to stay. Ideal for my dog. Thank you for allowing dogs to stay.
Great location, handy to get to, countryside views and a lovely wild garden to sit in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy room, very clean and good furnishings. Country house feel throughout - nice change from the budget 'chain' hotels nearby. Very good price. Breakfast was good - so nice to be able to choose from a menu and just pay for what you want rather than a fixed price and feel you have to eat lots to get your money's worth. We'll certainly return. 😊
Really good value. You can tell that the owners are trying hard to look after their guests. We broke a long journey here and was really impressed. Quiet location, comfy bed, very clean all at a budget price. No breakfast didn’t bother us, we went to the drive through Costa on the way back to the motorway.
