The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beautifully fitted bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Plenty of tea and coffee provided, the only thing I would say is if you are a mug of tea person rather than a cup take a travel mug with you as small cup and saucer is provided. Minor quibble though.

Good location for what I needed close enough to the town centre. Staff were extremely helpful as I was unwell and changed my room to a spare ground floor level room so I wouldn't need to negotiate any stairs.I liked the fact there was a microwave In the room and all the necessary cutlery and plates & bowls which came in handy for me. The room had a very good shower. The room was more than adequately sized.
We had a family event there, so the location was ideal. The view from the rooms were really nice of a lake, and on the other side of the car park and trees. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Breakfast was good and the room itself very clean and well kept up but a bit on the small side. There appeared to be bigger room options which should we visit again I will look at booking.
Only stayed 1 night I missed breakfast because I overslept but I new that would happen as meeting up with friends for a pre Christmas drink very clean room ideal location good parking
