The property was the perfect distance from Inverness for the first night of our stay to complete the NC500. The room was lovely and clean and the welcome from Heather on arrival was very well received.

Lovely and comfortable. Nice location. Made to feel at home and the dogs loved that they could have a walk in the garden and even had a sausage for them in the morning. Nice breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and tidy and nice and warm. Best b&b/ hotel we have stated at so far on the trip above Inverness.

Great place to be. Room was comfortable and staff were absolutely lovely. It was good for what we needed for the night. Overall I would say a little on the expensive side. Restaurant was great but again here very expensive.

The rooms were a lot bigger than expected, very clean, amazing value for you money, great place to stop for a night or two if you're doing the nc500 or just want a relaxing night away.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Great staff and overall service. Very clean and comfortable place. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs serves good lunch and dinner. Parking available right at the entrance. Great location.
Spotlessly clean, warm room with generously stocked tea/coffee-making facilities; good powerful shower. It was also nice to be able to use the dining area in the evening. Parking is easy and the location very quiet; beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Heather was a lovely attentive host and has thought of everything. We cannot fault this B&B - it is one of the best we've stayed in and we would love to go back.
