There was a small bit of confusion about collecting the keys, there was conflicting information on the listing and on other info I was sent, but all was resolved very easily. Once into the property, our stay was fantastic. The house is so lovely and homely, perfect set up for a group of friends. Very well equipped kitchen, possibly could've done with an extra dish washer tablet when having a full house of seven, but other than that, it was excellent. Very comfy beds, all very clean. So pleased with this place, will be back!

Beautiful decor, lovely garden. Very spacious and clean. Very good value for money. We were 2 families visiting our extended family in the area. Kids loved watching and hearing the trains go by. Garden was wonderful to sit in.

This was one of the best accommodations we ever had in England. An extravagant room and the house's own beautiful garden invited us to stay. Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

A very spacious and comfortable property. it was fabulous having a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast provisions were more than adequate and it was very relaxing being able to prepare at leisure. More like a small apartment than your standard B&B Oaklodge was sparkling clean and the host was friendly, helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
