The staff were amazing. We upgraded our room after arriving late and tired. The customer service on the front desk was very helpful and even rebooked our dinner since we arrived late and missed it. We had a thomas room which was huge, clean and spacious for a family.

Also the unit has an an awesome selection of pots / pans and cups / plates etc. Real bonus is having the dishwasher and washing machine available. Cottage No 1 in Peel Aldergate was perfect for our 2 night stay to Tamworth. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the 2 bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 children and the beds were really comfortable. After a change to our schedule the day of check in, I rang the hotel to see if they could facilitate out of hours check in and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Keys were left in a drop box and all of the details were sent to me via WhatsApp, including a walk through video. This is an exceptional service. This location was our base for exploring Cadbury World, Sea Life and Drayton Manor (10 mins drive). Only a 10 minute walk from Tamworth Train station.
