The room and the decoration were well thought out. Clean room with good quality bedlinen and carpet (coincidentally both the same as I have bought for myself in the past). Breakfast as such is not provided, but is available nearby if required. Pastries, tea and coffee are available in the room for those in a hurry.
It's basically a "let yourself in" establishment - they send a text with all the necessary information. However, I did not see my text, and they were friendly and helpful when I was totally clueless about the geography and the arrangements.

I felt really comfortable. Great bed, lovely TV room and a breakfast room next to the kitchen . Coffee in the morning outside in the garden in the fresh air...

The communication with the hosts was fantastic, both very friendly and txt us an hour and a half before check in to say the place was ready if we wanted to check in earlier.
Welcome card and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thank you 😊
Beautiful location
Room was lovely, small but enough room for one. Bed was very comfortable, nice selection of teas and coffee. Fridge in the room was great, lovely location in the countryside
Perfect location for a nearby wedding. I arrived with little time to spare, and the staff were super helpful - one checked me in and helped with my case, whilst a young lady rang for a taxi for me. Thank you!
The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable indeed! The en-suite was clean and well equipped and the shower was excellent.
Bottles of water were in the room alongside tea and coffee.
Breakfast was included however I didn't have it as I set off home early the next morning.
Highly recommend!
The property was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. On arrival we had a bottle of wine waiting for us and a card with recommendations of things to do in the local area. The hot tub was wonderful!
Everything about our stay was perfect (minus great great British weather) it had everything we needed and more, I already want to book to come back again.
Great location, great communication with the host, beautiful surroundings. The place itself was very clean and comfy the hot tub was as you expect, we loved every minute
