The guys at the La Ville were so friendly and helpful, even when the weather delayed our flight24 hours, until the next day, and had to spend an extra day with you, not expected as all flights cancelled due to weather, as happens in Alderney. Le Chez, the sports bar which is part of the Le a Ville hotel on the Sunday afternoon and evening had a quiz night and Karaoke from 9 pm. We were stuck here due to weather for an extra day, and the whole people of the island were here to make the evening with them as a local, its a small island and everyone knew we had been unable to fly out and they all accepted us as a local., thanks for Shakely Phil and even the Rottweiler for making our visit to your beautiful island of Alderney and St Anne's is a small place , the Island is small but its history is incredible, and we loved exploring the abandoned ww2 bunkers, we have an attachment to visit you all again, such nice and friendly people.
