We have stayed at the Ibis Borehamwood many times and all the staff are so polite and welcoming and they keep the hotel in first class condition from the restaurant, to reception and to the rooms that we have always stayed in. Thanks to the housekeeping staff the beds are always immaculate and the furniture and carpets nice and clean. I had originally booked this accommodation for two people, but I ended up travelling a long way alone on the Wednesday of arrival. The assistance I received in getting to this location from the service provider was superb. They were all very understanding of my situation.
Given that the Friday morning, 23 hours from my departure of this accommodation I would be starting a new job - at 5am in the morning; getting a great night's sleep was essential to me. This accommodation succeeded in this, leaving me VERY grateful for this experience.
I didn't book any food catering, nor watch any entertainment, but otherwise: this is a great option for those who just want a peaceful night's rest, in a good location in London - at a superb price.

The staff were welcoming & friendly, the room was comfortable, tidy and well presented with clean & well stocked tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was functional & clean but an update would be nice - however for the price, the room & amenities were superb & by no means takes away from our stay. Location was perfect for us & parking was ample & tucked away so felt secure. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone who would like a functional and budget-friendly room to stay in or around London.

Great location in town centre and right beside the train station and near the shops, restaurants. The apartment was very clean and even better looking than the pictures. 100% will be staying here again and would recommend to any friends or family coming to London.
Having rung ahead to reception that we would be late arriving . We were advised that this would be no problem. On arrival we were met with friendly staff who dealt with us quickly and efficiently.we found the premises very clean and the room was spotless.
