You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The breakfast staff was not expecting us (?) so a table wasn’t prepared however the chef quickly prepared a table and the breakfast was enjoyable and very fresh.
Great location and plenty of parking was a bonus
Everything was very good for my stay at the Angel, I was traveling with work & this was very handy for location to my customer for the nights stay, the staff were friendly & the foods was lovely.. Overall a very comfortable stay..
The location was excellent for us, quiet, peaceful and a 5 minute walk to Hodsock Priory where our daughter was getting married the following day. It took the stress out of "getting there" and allowed us to make an early start on wedding preparations. Breakfast was adequate and appreciated. The garden room is really good although we didn't make use of it as there wasn't enough time on this occasion.
Visiting relatives so location was good. Staff were really friendly and super helpful - waitress in the bar was exceptional.
Room was clean, basic but for one night more than adequate. Food was absolutely amazing, super hot and super fresh and no long waiting time. Breakfast basic but cooked breakfast lovely.
We had an excellent stay at Angel Inn, enjoying every aspect from the location, to the comfort levels of our rooms, to the friendly staff and excellent restaurant. Would highly recommend anyone to go here for some calm, great moments!!
