Breakfast was very good, and Carol was helpful and cordial. We had one evening meal and that was also satisfying. The room we stayed in (Suite 6) was a good size and comfortable. Over the years we have stayed in many hotels and other accommodation in Bridlington, but this beats them all for space, parking and hospitality.

Nothing was too much trouble, from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean everything had been thoughtfully provided. Fabulous breakfast, fresh milk in a small fridge in the room was a lovely touch. I would recommend it to anyone

Lovely room. Great location opposite the spa. Owners live on site and will do anything to help. Stuart even gave myself and grandkids a lift to the train station when we couldn't get a taxi. Will be staying again.

Really lovely stay the caravan was spotless and really comfortable, a real home from home With all little extras such as teas and coffee and snacks . The location was excellent we stayed out of season but didn’t need the facilities as there was so much to do in and around the area . Our Host was fantastic met us and showed us around . I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back .

The site was lovely, great location and peaceful. The caravan hire rate was good value so we expected it to be basic (which it was). The caravan was spacious and very clean.
The location was excellent, there is so much to do in the local area. We did not purchase the 7-day passes for the park facilities and entertainment as we were only there for 2 nights, so we went to the excellent pool in Bridlington which has slides and a splash zone. The caravan had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. Nearby Fraisthorpe beach is beautiful, and handy for a walk on the way to a day out in Bridlington.
I love skipsea been going since I was a kid and my mum and dad have a caravan further down on ulrome so it was ideal. The caravan was spotless and in a nice location.
it was very clean, modern.tastefully decorated with good quality bed linen and towels. the bed was large and so comfortable.it was very well equipped and it was in a great quiet location. the building has been extremely well renovated. good local information provided in the accommodation. we did the recommended walk along the beach from Fraisthorpe to Bridlington and it was superb. the generous welcome pack was very thoughtful. thank you so much.
