This is a beautifully-restored historic property high above a rushing river below. Our host was very cordial and gladly showed us all around. The wine museum made for a fun and scenic little walk, and the 1,000-year-old church next door was amazing. Our room was huge and led right out to the garden.

Best thing that could have happened. Car broke down in a village nearby and found this place to stay. Blessing in disguise! Amazing people running this place, tremendously hard working and they make sure you enjoy everything about your stay. The rooms are well done and definitely eat and drink here. Amazing food and awesome homemade ingredients for both the food and cocktails. Definitely also try their selection of local wines. I wouldn’t have thought of staying at this location before to be very honest, but after our stay. We will be coming back

If you are over 60 this is not for you the apartment is 60 ft up from the road up numerous steps. However the owner has made a lot of effort to ensure that everything is provided. We had a very pleasant three days there and would recommend it without hesitation.
