Excellent location, great facilities, warm and helpful welcome. Luxurious apartment in the heart of the Jura, between vines and mountains. Immaculately clean. Lovely views from the balcony. Jean Claude very informative and accommodating. Village beautiful and near to village with all amenities. Strongly recommend.

The apartment is very nicely, generously and of high quality standards equipped with all the usual things you might need during your stay. In case of bad weather (we never had during last week August 2022) you have the choice of two huge TV-Screens in the living room and master sleeping room respectively, or a normal one in the kitchen for entertainment during your cooking. Especially, in the spacious kitchen all the normal kitchenware and much more are new and presented in a very attentive way. The newly renovated and decoratively furnished rooms come with more than sufficient space. We very much enjoyed the balcony on the back side, with an open view to the greens of the surrounding hilly gardens, entertaining goats restlessly climbing up and down the terrace walls, and the view to the city of Lons-les-saunier to the left and Jura hills with the medieval town house facades of Montaigu to the right. The landlord family living next door was discreet during our stay, as the apartment designation "L'INATTENDU" makes you expect. But, they did not forget to welcome us with a big piece of Jura Comté cheese supplied in the fridge. - After we went here a first time in 2020, we returned specifically for the magnificent breakfast. This time we stayed 3 nights, to enjoy the breakfast 3 times 🤤 - In some chambres d'hôtes the hosts can be very … present/pushy. Here, they are very kind, but you have full privacy: if you need them, they're there. - Since our last stay, a wooden sculpture with three monkeys has appeared! We noticed that during the night it was closed, and somehow in the morning it was open again … turns out that the hosts close this every night, "because the monkeys want to sleep too" 😄 We're looking forward to returning again some time 😊
