Lovely small hotel on the edge of town in a residential area but only 10 minutes from Chateau Chambord, the reason for our stay. Staff very helpful. Breakfast on the terrace and a big choice of good quality. Room on the smaller size but good bathroom with large walk-in shower. Would recommend.

We only stayed for one night but would love to have stayed for longer. The owner/host was extremely generous and helpful and the room was superb. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful also. The location is very convenient to use as a base for visiting the great chateaux. The garden is very secure and we felt totally happy leaving our bike there. Thank you Claire.

Great stopover.
I stayed here with my husband and two children for one night on route to further south and so that we could visit the Chateau du Chambord the next day. An excellent house with all you could need. Beds are very comfortable, great shower and the kitchen seemed to have everything needed (although we didn't have time to use it). Hosts had provided a snack bar, fantastic l if you arrive late (you need change for the honesty box).
Fantastic location for visiting local attractions, only a short drive to Chambord. Hosts provided very clear location instructions for when we arrived and fantastic communication throughout..
Would recommend.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The hosts were very kind and pleasant. The location was excellent for Chambord, and was a peaceful, tranquil semi-rural location. The dinner was tasty and hearty and very satisfying in an impressive dining area, shared with other guests. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The rooms were clean and fresh.
The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Room was spotless. Dinner was generous and delicious. Lovely pool and gardens. Rooms were well decorated with a very comfy bed.
Excellent b & b Carol and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very quiet and the swimming pool was amazing after very hot days sightseeing. The breakfast and evening meals were varied and beautifully presented. Would recommend this property to anyone.
Really a hidden gem! Very calm in the countryside, very secure parking, super dog friendly (can run around safely and was more than welcome) and also the food is great! the room was nice and clean. The owners are super friendly and caring people. The pool was so pleasant at a hot day! I will definitely return! it’s a really good value for money deal with owners with a big heart and smile.
This place is a dream. The location of the chateau is remote, so we recommend a car. But the result is a wonderful, restored building and a parc with a well-kept garden with stream and pond (incl. swans, ducks and carps) and a little forest. Of course such an old building has character and signs of history, but the owners spent a lot of effort and love in the restauration and the interior design. The little kitchen was extremely well equipped. We immediately loved the place and would love to come back again.
