We absolutely loved our stay at Têtes à l'air - just a one night stop while travelling back up through France, but felt like a holiday in itself. We were simply amazed. Everything was beyond all expectations. First of all the hosts - such a friendly, supportive and outgoing couple they are - Emma and Paul! They welcomed us as friends and treated us so for the whole time spent at the place. The hosts were interested in everything we did and came up with helpful recommendations. The location itself is beautiful, ideal for people looking for a quiet and secluded place. "Far from the madding crowd", so to speak, All the facilities are neatly cared for, stylish, in perfect order and maintained with taste and respect for the history and traditions of the Cognac region. In the rooms nothing you need for a good holiday is missing. The swimming pool was a relish in the hot days. If you care for indoor games, fitness or table tennis a "salle des jeux" is at your disposal in one of the houses. The breakfasts served by both the hosts were sumptuous, tasty and served in a beautiful patio behind the house. The atmopshere of the place was charming. Hope we will return one day!
