The apartment is really new, clean and spacious. We were with thee adults and visited an event in the zenith. This was walking distance, and for everyone of us there was a separate sleeping space.the sleeping bed in the living room was quite comfortable and also a door that can be closed. For us it was the ideal stay. Perfect and has everything you need.

The location was good for us because we went to a concert that was 15 minutes away by walking. It is quite far from the eiffel tower and other tourist attractions but it is close to a metro station (only 5 minute walk) and it is easy to use the trains. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a nice big park which would be good for people who are travelling with kids. I like that the room had a refridgerator and a stove so you can make some food at the hotel if you are staying for many nights. Everything was very clean. The WiFi worked very well and the whole place felt very cozy and comfortable.

Standard Ibis budget hotel, like the other hotels of this type. Relatively good location, as it is about 10 minutes by foot to the metro station. On the way, a large shopping center with a grocery store. Quiet area around.
I think it was good for money, even though the facility, the location were not "hotel" level. So if you're budget traveler, especially in Paris, this might be a good option for you.
The location was excellent.
We were able to play in the neighbourhood and the metro station to Paris city centre is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing.
There were minimal kitchen facilities and we were able to cook for ourselves.
It's the perfect place to stay for a carefree trip to Paris.

Superb! Wonderfully comfortable, spotlessly clean, and a fantastic location, both for sightseeing, and also with excellent restaurants, boulangeries, and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
Location. Close to train and underground so it is easy and convenient to go to the center. Close to some shops an restaurants. Own parking. As expected from budget hotel where you stay just to sleep. Decent breakfast.
