I met a newly built house and clean in all aspects. The bedding was neat as well. The kitchennete had all the essentials one would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is always clean and it’s stocked with clean towels and smells fresh. The bed is super comfortable. There’s a TV with Netflix subscription. Above all the host is fluent in English and friendly too. I will always make it my first choice whenever I am in St. Pierre Du Perray area of Paris.
