The property is in a quiet setting in rural France where cows live happily in family groups. It is a beautifully renovated farm building next to a lovely house where the owners live. There are some good bike tracks in the area to explore and the small town of Cordemais is about 2km away with an excellent bakery, little supermarket and swimming pool. Further on is a little creek, a tributary of the Loire, where boats are tied up on a pontoon. There is a good restaurant here too. Nantes is only half an hour's drive away. The owners of the property were welcoming and helpful.
