The owner was very helpful and I was able to have a bath! A small quirky apartment, up 2 narrow flights of stairs. Fully equipped functional kitchen, dining table and chairs and separate toilet.

Warm welcome from Emilie, beautifully decorated, plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Everything great quality, good location for exploring the lovely wee town of Blaye.
Stephane and Christine were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very clean with lots of sun loungers. Good location and quiet. Our room was very comfortable. Perfect. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend Le Clos Reaud to anyone visiting Blaye.
The room was large, tastefully decorated, quiet and very clean. The garden is lovely. The breakfast was generous with homemade jams. The place is Ideally located Within minutes of the Citadel and the port/restaurants. Herve is a very nice host, welcoming and thoughtful. Would happily go back and recommend.
Lovely location in the midst of the citadelle over looking the river. The pool was clean, a good size and apparently open all the time. Food was good and well presented although not a great deal of difference in the dishes on offer over the 3 main meals we had in the restaurant, but I imagine that it was because of the need to cut overheads following Covid and the increase in heating costs. The staff were very helpful with one of our party with mobility problems
