I wish it weren't just a one-night stop for us, it seemed like a place I could spend a few days. Check-in was smooth and contactless with the key in a locked box. There were bathrobes in the bathroom, which I think is nice.

Breakfast was better than expected with attention to detail added by our host. Pancakes, homemade jams and yogurt. The tables were laid out and set individually, no buffet style.

La Garonde is set in a lovely location with wide sweeping rural views, particularly from the back of the property. The owner was very nice.and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but featured (amongst other things) very fresh bread and delcious croissants, homemade jams and homemade yogurts, all of which were delicious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and modern.

Very convenient, comfortable and quiet place, ideal for a stopover en route to or from Channel ports.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The location is very suitable for travelling to England. The port and Eurotunnel are 1 hour away. The property is situated just outside Bailleul, has a lovely garden and is very peaceful.
Baptiste is a superb host. The house and room are very good and the location very quiet. Could spend hours talking about wine with a professional like Baptiste. Will come back next time I travel in this region.
What an excellent find this was a lovely room and location, though slightly awkward with the Carnival going on in town. And Baptiste was the perfect host. Breakfast was also excellent
Location was great, very pretty surroundings! Staff were all very friendly and very helpful when we arrived and the breakfast was very good! The chalet had an excellent shower and the kitchenette was very well appointed, with kettle, microwave and a mini fridge. Also a bottle of champagne in the fridge was a very nice surprise!
Modern, comfortable and quiet rural location, but very close, 5 mins drive, to Bailleul which has all the amenities you could hope for. Loved the communal kitchen! Fabulous breakfast with many homemade ingredients. A hidden gem!
Wonderful, attentive host who couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful new property in a rural location, yet a short drive away from the town of Bailleul. Extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated room. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Glorious hot tub in the garden!
Incredibly good value for money.
Peaceful location, tastefully decorated room and comfortable bed. High quality finishes and everything well thought of to make you feel like at home.
Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Vegan breakfast was delicious - freshly baked sourdough bread with homemade preserves, yogurt, fruit and oat milk for coffee.
I wish we could stay longer to be able to enjoy a hot tub and lovely countryside.
We would definitely come back when we drive through the Channel next time.
