From the moment I arrived, the experience felt less like checking into a typical hotel and more like being welcomed into a private home. The bathroom in my room was a pleasant surprise—it was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. This contrast between the historical charm of the room and the modern conveniences in the bathroom was well-balanced.

Lovely small house in the town of San Vicente de la Soncierra. Two floors, so plenty of space for the two of us. Lots of dishes (also coffee and tea) and towels. Parking was available close to the house. Good firm mattresses. The beds were upstairs, so not for people with limited mobility.

The hotel was great although, architecturally, it looked a little out of place in its surroundings. Great location for wine tasting tours and having their own wine tasting was a bonus. Friendly staff with good English language skills. Restaurant food was good.
