The location is.. coastal Illetes - you can't go wrong! The staff & management went above and beyond for a one night stay. The rooms are modern and clean. Plenty of breakfast options. The 'poolside' bar serves some nice dishes too.

I loved the luxury and the charm of the hotel, the organic soap, shampoo and body cream provided in the bathroom, the room was very big and cozy with a spectacular sea view from the balcony. My favourite was the little cove to go to swim into the sea. The main building is very nicely decorated. I also loved the sustainable ways of operating the daily life and the drinking water machines available at every floor.
Since there are only few average quality eating options in the area the personnel suggests to also include halfboard or fullboard with your stay although it might get a bit boring. The Illetes area is very quiet, there is no promenade or nice roads to go for a walk, you will basically spend your whole days in hotel`s territory: beach and pool/sea during the days, bar and dinner in the evenings. Or you could go to Palma to explore and have dinner there.
Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas.

The hotel itself is wonderful! Just what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Very clean and staff very friendly. The pools are lovely. It was very pretty and in such a wonderful location.
The welcome from the staff on reception was amazing and this continued with all the service from the staff throughout. The building was interesting and very clean. Our bedroom was large and airy and had everything we needed. The location is in a quiet area but there are a few restaurants nearby in either direction which are worth visiting. The pool area never felt over crowded and there was plenty of space for everyone. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. It was the perfect break away from the city.
It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute to the bus stop which was a 30 min bus into Palma. Very easy to check in too. Very clean.

The location is wonderful by the cliffs. It was lovely to swim in the ocean but it’s very deep and high waves so it’s not ideal for small children. It was only a short walk of 10 minutes to Illetas beach. Very crowded but beautiful with clear water and white sand.
To room was nice, it was basic but clean with a balcony with ocean view in all rooms and a soft bed.
The location was fantastic for me and all the staff could not do enough to assist. This was my first visit but i will definitely return. If you want a sea view at a much higher price then stay across the road in the Bonanza Palace but for what you pay for the Bonanza Park you get a great deal. Both pools are fab too and a glass of ice cold cava on arrival was a lovely touch!!
