The facilities are excellent, the room was quiet (with a nice view of the Guadiana river) and the location was also very good (close to the bridge that leads to the old town). But the highlight was the amicability and professionalism of its staff, particularly DAVID at the reception who went out of his way to give us a nicer room and much earlier than the standard check-in time. This is the attitude that differentiates certain hotel staff from others, and DAVID's attitude in pleasing the customer is rated at the top of his profession. I congratulate NH Extremadura for the quality of its staff, as represented by DAVID.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Gave us a pillow for our dogs. Checking in and out was easy. Beds are comfortable and showers are nice. The rooms have big televisions. We had a nice dinner and a powerful breakfast in the restaurant. 100% recommended if you are passing through Badajoz area and need a place to stay.

I haven't been to such a nice apartment via booking.com before. Beautifully furnished, everything was close-by and the apartment was right next to a beautiful church. Apartment has 6 balconies and there is a nice rooftop terrace. Wish I could've stayed here longer!
