I’m highly recommend this aprtament, we booked the property for 3 days ( 2 kids me and my hubby), is nice and comfortable,I can say that apartment it’s more beutiful and looks bigger in reality! Very friendly and helpful host who is full of tips about places to visit, together with her family she does her best to give you the best holiday ever (examples: reception with cake and beer, a gift for our daughter's birthday, always available for questions) The house is spacious and very well equipped, the kitchen is very complete (feels just like at home). The house has a good layout in terms of rooms, there is avery large garden with many play options for the children: our kids loved the house and the garden! Beds were great, one of the better beds we have had through the years! The location is quiet so you can relax easily, you don't have a direct view of the mountains from the garden, but you don't have to get out of the garden in order to see them. This is a good base for trips, there are many beautiful and interesting things to see and do in the area.

There was no breakfast included and no amenities within walking distance. A pod coffee machine was in the room but not a single complimentary pod so on arrival couldn’t even have a drink

Perfect for an overnight stop. Very easy efficient self check in. Quiet comfortable room. Pizza and beer honesty kitchen was a great feature.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. Rooms are very spacious.

The apartment is modern and clean; it feels just like an hotel. The host is really friendly and flexible on the arrival time. The fridge also has a free bottle of water, which was great as hotels don’t even provide that. The location is close to Sandoz and about 15 -20 minutes walk to the Holzkirchen train station. For my work travel, this place is perfect.
