The staff here were incredibly kind. I was having an international emergency, having lost a passport. I would be traveling to downtown Munich the next day to go to the US Embassy. Every single staff person here was outstanding and kind. From a woman checking me in, to a young woman waiter, who saved a table for me, to the woman who made me scrambled eggs and called my taxi. All was well with the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and both were great. Breakfast was basic. Only one coffee maker sometimes led to a line, but otherwise, breakfast was fine.

We loved the fun decor, the cleanliness, & the staff was very friendly. Location was very easy to find, the pink line to the front door was very helpful, and the instructions instructions for the shuttle was very clear and helpful.

The hotel is in Airport area, but because of runaway, it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. But you dont need to worry, they provide Shuttle Bus every 30 minutes from-to hotel-airport. If you are arrive in T1, you have to go down to Airport Center and go outside to shuttle parking. The bus is in stop no 6 in the shuttle parking area in Airport Center. If you are areive in T2, just follow the sign to Shuttle /Crew Shuttle. The bus is in stop 11, every 30 minutes The room is big for airport transfer hotel, Convinience, and I was choosen as Lucky Guest, so I got free shuttle (worth 7 eur/people/trip) and also free minibar inside the room. It’s a pitty I just know when I want to leaving, so I only take the red wine, and leave others :)

My flight was very delayed so I arrived much later than expected to the hotel, which was no problem as they set up a code to allow you to access your key when you arrive. The hotel has a little refrigerator in the basement to purchase drinks from which was much needed after hours of delay. The room was great! Comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for the night. Plus you can order many different options for breakfast that is made fresh. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
