I don't usually write reviews, but Dorothea and Hans' place simply deserves it. Absolutely incredible flat, even though it looks wonderful on the pictures already, you really get this "wow" effect the moment the moment you enter it. We've stayed there for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Flat is equipped with pretty much everything you need, from cooking appliances, to 2 desks that are perfect for remote working (internet is already sufficient for it and Hans also told me he's working on getting an optic fiber connection there soon), to an amazing terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset with an outstanding view. Dorothea and Hans are just wonderful people too, very helpful and willing to share any tips and recommendations of the area. There's literally nothing I can complain about our stay there, I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Traditional country guest house, Very friendly staff, excellent food quality in the restaurant, vegan options on the menu and for breakfast (if you ask ...), beautiful countryside, close to the motorway A9 (good for a stop-over), quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is very well managed by the owner family, you can feel the personal touch.

Great location, you are among nature - in the morning you are greeted by horses, quiet and peaceful, and you have a frog's jump to the shops and the big city. You can set yourself loose. Comfortable and self-contained accommodation and the discreet presence of nice hosts always helpful, what more could you want? Thank you very much .

Always where we stay in Hersbruck! The breakfast buffet is excellent on the weekends but gets smaller as the week goes on. This is not a fried eggs and hash browns place. It's wurst, ham, cheeses, rolls/breads/cakes, fruit and muesli with coffee, tea, juices, etc. The restaurant is much improved, now managed by the owners' son, and deserves a visit. Always some wild game on the menu. Vegetarian too, if you like. Make a reservation! A bit pricey but worth it anyway. Breakfast included.
