The apartment is new, clean, warm and light, Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely surprise. Parking lot is right in front, yet was no need to move the car as the city centre is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Hosts are very friendly and quick in response. I highly recommend!

It was our first time in Germany, and Anke Rudolf (The Host) has made our stay really memorable. She is nice, friendly and understanding. She has helped us in all possible ways from offering her personal postbox to a nice wine. We felt welcomed! Coming to the house, it is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It has a spacious living hall, a nice kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, oven and culinary. Next to it, is the cleanest washroom (towels are available as well). Then a little climbing towards the attic has two nice separate beds, and a bedroom with another two beds. Not to forget each room has a lot of cabinets to keep your stuff. In fact, the apartment is better than it is shown in the pictures, and is only 3-4 minutes walk from Kitzingen Bahnhof on one side and river on the other side. Definitely recommended!!!

Well we liked everything! Parking outside. Nice little bistro area with good wine in the evening. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice owner. Good breakfast buffet. We felt this place was good value for money. Just a few steps away from Kitzingen 's old town. We will be back!

Beautiful facilities with a history of being an officers club for the past 80 years. The club has been beautifully updated and is very comfortable, modern with a classic twist. The equestrian facility was very nice. The staff was gracious and helpful, food was first class.

Don't let yourself fooled by the fact that on the outside the building looks old.The rooms are very modern, very clean, fresh linen, fresh towels, all smelling really nice. Bathroom very clean, well equipped. Christoph is an amazing host, responds really quick to your messages and ready to help. Breakfast made very personal, plenty, plenty of choices. You have free coffee in the reception area, free water I. the room. Beds very comfy, as well as the pillows. We will deffinelty be back.
