The basement-appartment was relatively cool and well equiped though we did not use these facilities except a sauce-pan to boil water for tea. The Alte Mainbrucke on a 15-20 minutes walk. It is situated aside on the back of the Marienburg. A nice base to explore the city.

The location was near supermarkets and a tram, It was not too far from most of the attractions. Not too many restaurants around, but that was ok, because we were with kids. The facilities were clean, in good shape.
